About Lisa

Lisa McAteer spent her childhood as a competitive gymnast for 13 years and 10

years of ballet. She was Nevada State Champion for 3 years. She helped coach and

judge gymnastic meets during that time. She worked out and trained most of her

young-adult life. Lisa has chosen personal and career experiences to help her

clients health, and fitness needs and provide them with support they need when life

seems to be more than they can handle. She knows there is no single approach that

works for everyone; so she continues to educate herself on emerging nutrition and

fitness trends to provide more comprehensive programs that work for each client as

an individual. She’s helped over 100,000 people try to reach their health and

fitness goals over the last five years.

She received her education in health and fitness through the National Academy of

Sports Medicine and continues that education daily to keep up with the latest

trends in the health and fitness industry. These are some of her personal and career

paths Lisa has taken over the years: Mentor 35 years, Private Chef 10 years,

Private Trainer 5 years, Weight-Loss and Nutrition Specialist 3 years, Coached

Online 5 years.

Lisa is a Mother of 1 and Grandmother of 1.
